"KNOW"-p-LEDGE

I know, it has been very very long since I wrote an article on the blog! :) ... I'd like to tell you that I was on the work surveying various feet of life. No that wasn't rhetoric. I had hard time all these days with acads but yes, I made it through. Ok, let me straight away get to the point.
A mixture of knowledge and smartness - in a glass of milk, would it help to improve the flavor? - A wired combination, isn't it? YES., and yes, this is not a euphemism. I was straight on straight pointing at combination of knowledge with smartness. Though a person is extremely intelligent, would he able to convince his counterparts without investing his smartness? :D You must be wondering why I've used the word " investing ". Some say, smartness is "SKILL" and some say it is " TALENT". Most of the times these two are considered to be same in meaning. But there is slightest difference. Skill is acquired where as talent comes from birth. No, it doesn't physically take birth. It is understood and perceived from our own experiences. An employee who's able to convince his counterparts with his smartness shoots up to peaks. We see lawyers who support their clients literally indulge in a battle trying to acquit. If lawyers do not prove their merit, will they be considered for further hearings from their sides? No, is the answer. Let we have the right information or not, talent lies in how best we explain the existing to the bunch. Knowledge without skill set - specially soft skill set is a serious issue. This is mostly being faced by the young (students). This can possibly be rectified when one enjoys what he does and is able to satisfy himself first. It's known, most of us might have had painful situations when giving an extempore for the first time. Those who can not express their knowledge face tough situations. If one is smart enough in managing things right... we generally don't find him being questioned.* (*- leaving special conditions away).
How to work with smartness? Is there any institute kind of thing which teaches how to be smart- like GRE, CAT or GATE centers?
Absolutely NO. They tell only those what you are aware of. Even if they are existing, do not believe them. Because, you have you in you and you will be knowing you better than that 30 day stranger. Immediately there arises a question - " Master who is teaching us smartness- might have good experience. He might be having an idea of students and could easily predict who you really are and how is your thinking?" The answer to this is certain, but if it's not satisfying :) please bear with me. The answer is - the statement already had "might" in it. It means that it's not sure. Even if it's not "might", how would a person guess others just by his experience of looking at him, at the first sight? He might guess it good. But the fact is there is no person like you, nor you would resemble another person. There is uniqueness in every person and this uniqueness only lands us where we ought to be. Spot that and you would require any one! I was always in this fantasy that there is a person exactly thinking like me! I realized it when I lost and today that pain made me to write a 700 inspirational. REALISE- YOU HAVE YOU! YOU ARE VERY SMART IN WHAT YOU ARE! SPOT IT .... DO NOT FEAR!
ALL THE BEST

ONLINE GAMING...

After a long time of browsing , i found out many interesting views in gaming sector. Now gaming is one of the topmost buiseness region which completely depends upon creativity. And an interesting thing is that though the world is xperiencing the ecnomical crysis, gaming sector draws no losses i mean negligible compared to many sectors(textiles etc,)
Today gaming consoles are playing a major roles. In which we can experirence complete gaming strategy through online. And devolpment of this gaming consoles are done by mainly companies like NINTENDO,SONY,MICROSOFT.lets jump in to thier detailed study
the first video game console by Magnavox Odyssey(may24,1972).and the only game in it is Atari's pong(monochrome). And next devolpment is made by NINTENDO in japan and they are sold out in markets around 1985 and 1986.This product made gaming industry revolutionised with its incredible games like Mario Bros, Lengends of Zelda. By the time passes PC came in to action and proves that it is best platform then and it made NES(nitendo) and Atari got finished line. And the next product released by SEGA Genesis against PC a 16 bit console(advanced 2D graphics processors) in 1989 and eventually NES followed the same path by releasing SNES a 16 bit console
In 1995, NES introduced fisrt handheld gaming console of 32 and 64 bit(3D) as nintendo N64. Then SONY entered in to gaming sector by realsing its PLATSTATION(PS).This succeded in the market beause of using CD's instead of catridges which is more reliabe for piracy. At the same time nintendo upped the GAMEBOY colour and DREAMCAST by SEGA(dis product faced utmost failure) which beats its entire submission.Nintendo's loss in last gaming battle(not in handheld) due to catridges it released its first disk based console caled GAMECUBE.But i couldnt compete with the Sony's playstation 2 relased in 2000.PS2 had got a good collection in market by its extended graphics and it was used by over 132 millions so far.
The next year microsoft throw its hat in to the ring by releasing XBOX enhanced with intel pentium III processor. And the playstation portable(PSP) is finally launched in 2004, and nintendo also released its DS after a month.
But now a philosophical shift would continue in the next generation game consoles that the three gaints oh gaming industry come out with:PS3, XBOX360,NINTENDO Wii
PS3: It stands on a awesome processor that is custom built for it dubbed CellProcessor which is just in a size of finger nail, made by IBM, which is two generation ahead of PC at that time of release.Cell processor is 3.2 ghz clocked 8core with 256x8 Kb. It is even used by scientists for their super computers.Including a 512MB video memory of 7800GT (ofcourse, its not a good graphic analyzer but processor took up all the responsibilities).A real theatre expeience by its BLURAY DVDROM.harddisk enabled. But in 2.0 bluetooth,WiFii with a multiple card adapter and it cus be used as a full fledged PC by OS named YELLOWDOG LINUX.
XBOX360:This enhanced with a IBM's XENON cell processor with 3cores of 3.2Ghz having 32x3 KB cache.unlike sony's Nvidea, microsoft had gone for ATI.this makes GPU,a less power hungry with 10MB embedded RAM.contains DVDROM but it is going release with BDROM in this year.Hard disks capable. Contains 512 mb video graphic memory.Goes foe XBOX360 LIVE.
NINTENDO wii: Nintendo introduced the new wii (sep 14,2006) depends upon the motion of controller unlike the ps3 and xbox360(as these contains only joysticks).Due ti this we can xperience gaming world as we are in that world.Suits best foe children. But gaming processors are not at such a xtent but games run at 243MHZ where as ps3 and xbox run at 233Mhz.It has nunchuck gaming controller.Enhanced with 324+64 mb graphical memory.
did u guys know why the most of the games are released first in consoles and then next to pc? Because a full or complete gaming experience can be found these consoles online,Which needed a internet to play so that no piracy can give such experience as they dont have registered keys.
FUTURE GAMING?
xbox is planning for body motion tracking consoles, i.e, which tracks body motion and synchronise with the game character. This would be hard for some belly gamers.
sterioscopic 3d games: recently, Nvidea released its sterioscpic 3D technology which requires a highend GPU support.
Brain-computer interface:which need to have just a cap over head to control the game character. This made gaming easy so it would be a challenge for gaming companies to design games.
sourses:internet, digit and chip magazines.

FORMATION OF ELECTROTRENDZ

There is a saying ..... a happy man is not always successful and a successful man is not always happy. If you are running behind money, you may not derive happiness, but the essence of money would make you even more concentric towards it. A happiest person, is most of the times, not successful. A famous actor Rajni Kanth, is the successful person in the industry. The cause for this could be, he does the same action repeatedly many times and is been doing the same, from past 30 years. Another famous actor, Kamal Haasan, plays a diversified role in acting. Yet there is small percentage of dissatisfaction in his heart. What could be the difference between these two? The one which I was able to figure out was, Kamal tried to play diversified roles to enthrall the audience. Many times he failed to succeed and at times he succeeded, he even crossed the bound " sky is the limit."
The same principle was applied at formation of ELECTROTRENDZ. Series of discussions among faculty and students were held. Minutes of the meetings were recorded in electronic format. Every meeting was official. Every one who came out of the meet hall, were filled with joy. MRIET was in a spree of new outcome. Every one of us very enthusiastic. There were huge number of nominations, elections ofcourse, politics too. Pressure from all the sides knocked the founders. We only saw the positive edge of the club, we felt the touch of the club. To our disappointment, we were not that successful. 24th December,2008 was the unforgettable day in our life. For the first time ever, we have launched a fest (intra college level) which went a bit deviated from what we have actually expected. A low budget fest, yet we tried hard to put things right. We never gave away things that easily. We tried to give it another shot. This time we didn't fail. The thing is none other than our blogspot. It has got a record of 3 international memberships, with 38 esteemed followers so far. We also have released couple of magazines which attracted readers in and around the campus.
"No matter what situation it is, never give up!"-was and still it is our slogan.
NEVER GIVE UP, NO MATTER WHAT IT IS...
*my next articles would cover the entire technicality of the discussion :)....

What must I do?

The single most vital step in your journey towards enlightenment is this: Learn to move away from your mind. Every time there is a disruption in the free flow of the mind, the true consciousness grows stronger. You might even catch yourself smiling at the voice in your mind, as you would smile at some naughty pranks of a child. You are no longer that serious about what goes on in your mind all the time, as your consciousness does not depend on it. Even while you indulge in a daily routine like going for a walk or just the office routine, be present in what you do. Feel as if you are the other, just observing the activity performed by your body. Feel your limb movements. Feel your breath. Be the real you, quite distinct from the routine activity. But feel your presence while you are in action. When this process is complied with, it gives great satisfaction and enables you to lure your consciousness away from the mind.
Man has the potentiality to achieve what may be called in metaphysical terms “total consciousness”. You could practice it while living in a mundane existence, by following some simple steps. As a first step man must try to listen to the beats of the inner voice. In this stage man will listen to the sounds of repeated thought patterns and of his old memories. In the metaphysical language this may be called “Watching the Thinker”. It is a simple way of observing the silent activities of the mind, as a passive observer. In this process man is not supposed to judge or deride what he listens to. Man will “realize” that this watching the sense of his presence is not a thought; it arises from an unknown region beyond the mind.

There is a deep sense of tranquility and quietude and a seamless joy that is felt deep within. In this metaphysical state, man will feel a mysterious emanation of joy arising from the deep bottoms of the consciousness; this may be called the joy of being. When on this level of existence, man is more alert and aware. At this instant, man is fully aware of his environment and is re-energized by the union with his consciousness. As he drifts further into this mindless realm, he realizes his true self. When experiencing this state, he feels his existence with such ecstasy that nothing else stands in comparison. In this state, he loses his self and goes beyond serving the mind. Man has become a Living Being true to Himself. This is the crux of being with the soul and the mind, at all times.

7 STEPS TO MASTER YOUR AWARENESS:

In The Science of Getting Rich (SGR Program), Bob Proctor explains the 7 levels of awareness: animal, mass, aspiration, individual, discipline, experience, and mastery.
How do we move from the animalistic state to mastery? How do we move away from the masses? What gentle transitions and needed skills will bring about new habits?
Level 1: Animal
What happens in an animalistic consciousness or state? The animalistic state is one of reaction. Animals use instinct and react. It's fight or flight. Whenever a situation comes about, many of us react instinctively. What does a person do that has mastered their life? They respond instead of react. To move from an animalistic thought or state, consider making gentle transitions to stop and think. The needed skills to respond are stop and think and then act instead of react.
I know most people have experienced this in their lives. Has someone said something negative to you, and you immediately reacted? Has someone ever said something offensive to you, and you immediately reacted? I know that's happened to me before. When I learned about this principle, I stopped for a moment to think. So, how should I have responded to that situation? Here's a good lesson for you:
Write down the last 5 times that someone said something to you, and you immediately reacted by yelling, getting upset, etc. Then, write down how you should have responded to the situation instead. That will help you get a better understanding of this concept, and how you can apply it to your own life.
Level 2: The Mass
The thought process of the mass population lives by a clock. They are controlled by other people. They are controlled by habit. Think about it. The majority of people leave work at 5:00 o'clock. The majority of people start work in the morning around 7, 8, or 9 o'clock. The masses have historically gone in the wrong direction. Why is that? We've been taught to do it. We are taught by our parents, who were taught by their parents. We are taught in school by our teachers, who were taught by their parents. We see our friends and relatives doing it and we just follow along. It's no fault of our own, we are creatures of habit.
How do you break away from the masses? We must form new habits that will produce the results that we desire. I began to break away from the masses by reading. I started reading books that made me aware of ideas in my mind of a better way of life.
Level 3: Aspiration
I aspired to do more, have more and be more. You become aware of something inside you that wants more expression, wants a richer and fuller life. When that aspiration becomes strong enough, that's when we want to move away from the masses. You will be surrounded by the influences of the masses and thought processes present. Always keep your encouraging thoughts and positive statements of aspiration on your mind. Don't let the masses pull you back. Keep moving forward.
Levels 4 & 5: Individual & Discipline
The individual consciousness level is when you begin to express your uniqueness as a human being. You can achieve this with the help of discipline. Discipline is giving yourself a command and following it. This is how you distance yourself from the masses. This is how you demonstrate your individuality and distinctiveness. You move from individual to discipline by using aspiration to empower your individuality or your ideas and using your discipline to follow it.
Levels 6 & 7: Experience & Mastery
As you move forward, you gain the experience, you learn. Learning is when you are aware or conscious of an idea, you become emotionally involved in an idea, and you take action on an idea. You change the end result. It's the change in the result, the experience of a different outcome, due in part, to you having disciplined yourself. You are taking action and taking control. You gave yourself a command, you followed the aspiration and took action to manifest your ideas and encouraging thoughts; and that's the learning.
As you begin to experience new and greater things, you will begin to master what you are doing in your life. Mastery is the final level of awareness. We must stop letting the physical world control us and begin to control ourselves. Allow our thoughts to guide our world. Use gentle transitions and form the needed skills to create advancing habits.
As you begin to master all 7 levels of awareness from The Science of Getting Rich (SGR Program), you will start manifesting prosperity, health, happiness, success, and abundance in your life.

DETERMINATION

In 1883, a creative engineer named John Roebling was inspired by an idea to build a spectacular bridge connecting New York with the Long Island. However bridge building experts throughout the world thought that this was an impossible feat and told Roebling to forget the idea. It just could not be done. It was not practical. It had never been done before.

Roebling could not ignore the vision he had in his mind of this bridge. He thought about it all the time and he knew deep in his heart that it could be done. He just had to share the dream with someone else. After much discussion and persuasion he managed to convince his son Washington, an up and coming engineer, that the bridge in fact could be built.

Working together for the first time, the father and son developed concepts of how it could be accomplished and how the obstacles could be overcome. With great excitement and inspiration, and the headiness of a wild challenge before them, they hired their crew and began to build their dream bridge.

The project started well, but when it was only a few months underway a tragic accident on the site took the life of John Roebling. Washington was injured and left with a certain amount of brain damage, which resulted in him not being able to walk or talk or even move.

"We told them so."
"Crazy men and their crazy dreams."
"It’s foolish to chase wild visions."

Everyone had a negative comment to make and felt that the project should be scrapped since the Roeblings were the only ones who knew how the bridge could be built. In spite of his handicap Washington was never discouraged and still had a burning desire to complete the bridge and his mind was still as sharp as ever.

He tried to inspire and pass on his enthusiasm to some of his friends, but they were too daunted by the task. As he lay on his bed in his hospital room, with the sunlight streaming through the windows, a gentle breeze blew the flimsy white curtains apart and he was able to see the sky and the tops of the trees outside for just a moment.

It seemed that there was a message for him not to give up. Suddenly an idea hit him. All he could do was move one finger and he decided to make the best use of it. By moving this, he slowly developed a code of communication with his wife.

He touched his wife's arm with that finger, indicating to her that he wanted her to call the engineers again. Then he used the same method of tapping her arm to tell the engineers what to do. It seemed foolish but the project was under way again.

For 13 years Washington tapped out his instructions with his finger on his wife's arm, until the bridge was finally completed. Today the spectacular Brooklyn Bridge stands in all its glory as a tribute to the triumph of one man's indomitable spirit and his determination not to be defeated by circumstances. It is also a tribute to the engineers and their team work, and to their faith in a man who was considered mad by half the world. It stands too as a tangible monument to the love and devotion of his wife who for 13 long years patiently decoded the messages of her husband and told the engineers what to do.

Perhaps this is one of the best examples of a never-say-die attitude that overcomes a terrible physical handicap and achieves an impossible goal.

Often when we face obstacles in our day-to-day life, our hurdles seem very small in comparison to what many others have to face. The Brooklyn Bridge shows us that dreams that seem impossible can be realized with determination and persistence, no matter what the odds are.

Even the most distant dream can be realized with determination and persistence.

Mozart Beyond the Grave
When Mozart passed away, he was buried in a churchyard. A couple days later, the town drunk was walking through the cemetery and heard some strange noise coming from the area where Mozart was buried.
Terrified, the drunk ran and got the town magistrate to come and listen to it.
When the magistrate arrived, he bent his ear to the grave, listened for a moment, and said, "Ah, yes, that's Mozart's Ninth Symphony, being played backwards."
He listened a while longer, and said, "There's the Eighth Symphony, and it's backwards, too. Most puzzling."
So the magistrate kept listening; "There's the Seventh... the Sixth... the Fifth..."
Suddenly the realization of what was happening dawned on the magistrate; he stood up and announced to the crowd that had gathered in the cemetery, "My fellow citizens, there's nothing to worry about. It's just Mozart decomposing."

SHARE MARKET(TECHNOTRENDZ ZONE) *

this week the technology would be mainly emphasising on the share market and stuff related to it!
let me explain you the details of share market and how the shares are purchased
->share is like a bond paper which tells you about the particulars of the percentage you own in the company on whom you have invested.
-> in order to understand the share market let me explain you with a small archetype!!
-> say i own a company and my company is making a lot of profits
->yet i'm not satisfied with the profits i've got n still wanted to expand my bussiness ......thus i may require more funds which will help me inorder to expand the bussiness
->say i require 100/- .......then i go to public to invest hundred rupees
-> people who believed me or who understand the market properly may invest into my company by buying papers of part of 100/-...
say the most reputed company bought a share of 10% which sums upto 10/-... which is a major part
-> now he'll b mostly depending on my company....if my company is into profits the rate at which he bought share he can sell them or buy again in form of shares from my company
->other people who are having little percentage of shares in my company also get profited if my company got a good reputation and working possibilities and more projects
this inturn brings me name for company and in share market company may become a major part in share market.
->once my company falls down then the major part rests wtih whom that person may have been effected with greater losses
that's what is done with SATYAM.....
in my next update i'll be discussing about the SATYAM - MAYTAS deal.......and how is it related to share market

note:the above description of share market is only 1% of it
injen provides u all with a privlige of discussing about the issues being posted or any personal which you wanted to say
so, keeping in mind the discussion which improves not only ur communication skills but also with greater knowledge of market!

LOVE'S STORY.......... *this is not a love story

Once upon a time, there was an island where all the feelings lived: Happiness, Sadness, Knowledge, and all of the others including Love. One day it was announced to the feelings that the island would sink, so all repaired their boats and left.
Love wanted to persevere until the last possible moment. When the island was almost sinking, Love decided to ask for help. Richness was passing by Love in a grand boat. Love said, "Richness, can you take me with you?" Richness answered, "No, I can't. There is a lot of gold and silver in my boat. There is no place here for you."

Love decided to ask Vanity who was also passing by in a beautiful vessel, "Vanity, please help me!" "I can't help you Love. You are all wet and might damage my boat." Vanity answered.

Sadness was close by so Love asked for help, "Sadness, let me go with you." "Oh....Love, I am so sad that I need to be by myself!"

Happiness passed by Love too, but she was so happy that she did not even hear when Love called her!

Suddenly, there was a voice, "Come Love, I will take you." It was an elder. Love felt so blessed and overjoyed that he even forgot to ask the elder his name. When they arrived at dry land, the elder went his own way.

Love realizing how much he owed the elder, asked Knowledge, another elder, "Who helped me?" "It was Time," Knowledge answered. "Time?" asked Love. "But why did Time help me?" Knowledge smiled with deep wisdom and answered, "Because, only Time is capable of understanding how great Love is."

AIN'T THIS TRUE?

ARE WE REALLY BUSY?

dear readers,busy_receptionist[1].jpg (image)[busy_receptionist[1].jpg]
It's been evident that we often listen to people saying "I'M BUSY." Did any one anticipate the situation of what's made him/ her busy?
It's quite common that most of the people tend to neglect the work and stay in glued to what ever we are interested in, may be useful for them, for wasting their time, or for having pleasure. In order to avoid work different people of different categories, ultimately give one single answer on the whole which is "I'M BUSY!"
Few cases it may be true, most of the cases, it is said to escape from the work. There are another category of people who tend to postpone works. Later when questioned about the work, yell at their team mates. This is most observed scenario in corporate life.
Mathematically, it's assumed that when a man is allotted with a work and asked to complete the task in 10 days, he is assumed to be efficient and he plans out his work and does 1/10th of the work a day. Later at the end of 10th day, he must have submitted the work, or may be at the end of completion. Time is properly distributed in order to ease the burden and stress of work.
Practically, in most of the cases do we find such a situation?
I say, "WE DON'T." My justification would be,
If a man is given a task to complete in 10 days, he will relax for first 7 days. Later at the beginning of 8th day, he will just look up to the work and close it.
At the beginning of 9th day, he starts working but suddenly he reminds of something close the work.
At the beginning of 10th day, stress is observed, he yells at every small problem he faces at that time, work tension persists making him furious, in most of such cases people people get addicted to drugs. Finally at the end of the day, he may/ may not submit the work. This is the concept of TIME- AND-WORK.
NOW LET'S ANTICIPATE THE ANSWERS GIVEN BY DIFFERENT GROUPS OF PEOPLE:
A child below 10 years, when asked to do home work, usually tells some or the other stories about his ill health, no home work, etc.... in order to spend his time with his peers playing.
Students belonging to age group 11-15 oppose the work, spend maximum time on novels, or other activities which they feel to be important more than studies. For parents studies of their wards is important but for child, it may not be, he may have a different ambition.
16-20 usually these group of people are main targets. Minds of this group is restless. They tend to show interest towards bad happenings. This group is highly infatuated. They love to spend time with their loved ones. Now that I'm 19; i would like to content myself over hear.
what I'd tried to explain is, every one on this earth is busy, but for others it may seem useless. Even for this person as time passes by, he may find the work done in his history was useless. He may/ may not repent for his past

what's real? *

dear lector,
Has it been ever your question? Breaking the bonds of your life ever have you penetrated to the mighty universe which is filled with bliss?
Most of the people can not define REAL! The word itself has various synonyms that can confuse even the scholars. I've an answers for this. could it be the answer?
something which you TOUCH, FEEL, SENSE, SMELL, etc; is real?
If this is write - then there's no doubt in arguing there's no mighty power .....it's all real world!
but a small question puzzled me always- if there's no god like thing, then who is controlling our emotions?
who is controlling our fear? For whom are we fearing?
According to its classical definition of real, something which we could feel, touch, sense is real. Can we see him- i guess we can not see him but practically we can sense him- therefore there's no urge in the discussion about the existance of god!
all that which we could feel, touch, see, sense isn't only REAL!
There are various other things which we can not see but sure of it's existance- few of those are : ur life,
the air,
all those which we see from our eyes aren't real , somethings which happen at our backgrounds go un noticed is also real!
the bulk of white pages and black ink is calling me towards it ....a feeling that i could sense....haha ...too real......gota go.
c u in the next cracker!
